In spite of a solid performance from Lea Moose with 10 points, West Platte fell to Trenton 66-21 in the Lawson Invitational.
Moose was the front runner for the Jay's offense with 10 points, including five during the fourth period. She also contributed three rebounds.
Also contributing for West Platte were Zoe Buckler (5 points, 1 rebound, 1 steal), Hailey Shepardson (2 points, 1 rebound), Gretchen Raney (2 points), and Katy Tharp (2 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals).
West Platte finished the game with 18 rebounds (8 offensive / 10 defensive) and six steals.
